Gaming Computer from NewEgg?

Well I have looked a bit on NewEgg to get a new computer, assuming I can sell my Macbook Pro. This one struck my fancy;

My question is thus; will it run any Steam I throw at it, including F.E.A.R 2? Is it worth the money?

But just wondering. Why not just build a computer. For pretty much the same price and it could be better than that one.

Oh and post some pictures of the Macbook I may be interested. If your willing to sell it on the forum. But make sure you read the rules and do it right.

I will PM you some pictures. It is a Macbook Pro though, so it's gonna be costy.

As for the building aspect, I have neither the time, expertise, or the hands to build a computer. I suffer from extremely shaky hands when trying to do something delicately.

Either way, you can probably goto anitec.com and use the custom builder. It costs about 30-50 dollars if you have the shaky hands. This way would be MUCH cheaper than buying that overpriced computer.
