Freakin' Mouse Wheel Changes Volume - Cannot Turn Off in Drivers

Every freakin' time I bind an action in any of my games to the scroll wheel, it displays as "C" but it doesn't do anything. All it does is change the volume. I have the Trust MI-7700R series mouse and I really would appreciate some help on this. I'm begging anyone to help me.

I have uninstalled the drivers and let windows find the best drivers for it, no luck. I have installed the drivers off the downloads page on the website, doesn't change a thing either.
