ok i cant fix this one... i have a nack for messing up my computer. this time programs that want to share files (torrents, or actual file sharing programs) cant connect to the internet. its not the firewall, i turned it off for a bit to see what happened and it didnt help. anyone know how i messed it up?
...btw any file sharing i do is backing up owned files and watching movie trailers, so helping me with this is not illigal.
