wut is a good fan speed conroller program..like if i wanted to slow my case fans down....without getting a fan contoller hardware?

uhh if your talkin about wat i think you are..then donwload Speedfan...it can change ur rpm to all the fans connected to the mobo try it out see if it works..i use it for checking my temps never used it to lower the rpms on the fans but it is made for it so give it a shot
