Error with BIOS - new build

So i recieved all of my hardware etc etc today and finished everything

anywho ... so i boot it up and look thru the bios and check out everything seems okay right? ... but whenever i go to boot from cd and wait for the "any key" screen, i dont get it ... it sits idle at a screen looking at IRQ's and PCI stuff

ferk ... bad luck mate ..... my advice .......disconnect everything except hdd, 1 stick of ram, rom drive .......... bare basics ....... if the problem continues try a different cable to the rom drive (I've had similar probs caused by a dodgy cable) on first boot there should be no IRQ search sheite. Something is not right there, until you try other things and without further info I'm not prepared to speculate

Is BIOS detecting the cd rom??? When you first press the power on button does the cd rom light flash on?

Do you have another cd rom that you know works ok? If so try popping that it.

i fixed it yay

i just rebooted it and didnt touch any of the bios settings except for boot

woo i was just playing oblivion... god is it sweet
