Email error message. Any ideas?

Hi

I've been trying to log into our corporate email server and keep getting the following:

Server is busy, Please try again. (Lock failed)
Failed connection to Mail Server

Other accounts seem fine. Anyone any idea what the error message might be about?

No one able to shed light? I've tried other test accounts I use to show others how to use the system and these open no problem.
 
Maybe mail retrieval settings were changed? Are you using an IMAP or POP3 mail retrieval? Make sure those are set correctly along with the server name.
