ok guys now since i never get ne money and may have 200 bux coming my way mayb i could make a computer off ebay to stay really cheap...now iwas wondering....would would b just better enough to run bf2 fine on mayb medium or low graphics

my computer now
pentium 4 1.8ghz 400mhz fsb socket 478(not to sure on socket)
768 (256x3) pc133 ram (slwo but kinda works)
eVGA 5200 128mb agp 4x
intel d845hv mobo

k now wut would b the cheapest/stable upgrade taht i could get for cheap and psosibly ebay (i need to find cheaper)

i was wondering if mayb a 2000+ or 2500+ wus better then mine..becuz i can find 2000+'s for 5 dollars lol...and plus they run ddr which is better and i can prolly get a agp 8x or pcix16 card which will b soooo much faster!....or should i stick with just a little better pentium??? thx!@ (really wanting to go with amd though) HELP WILL B APRECIATED!

well, dont buy a new computer. Just use hat one and upgrade the video card. FX5200 isnt that new. You have AGP slot im guessing so 7800GS sound good to you

Depending on the age of the mobo it may be too old to support a good AGP card or it might even support PCI-E. I would reccomend you get some faster ram and the processor looks ok.
