dual core and AGP mobo's

alright i have to make this quick, but i have 1gig of ozc ram an msi k8ne deluxe (nforce4ultra) chipset (agp) and a 6800 ultra and i want to get a athlon 64 x2 4400+ . will this cpu work well with my agp mobo?? or will my mobo hold it back??

should work if you get a bios update from your mobo manufactuer...but it might not boot up with the dual core to update the bios.
