Drop Down Menu Help

Hi Everyone,

I need some software/website that will allow me to create a very simple navigation bar. I need it to have horizontal options (eg home about products) and then drop down menus appear under each one with sub pages. I also need to be able to insert it into a WYSIWYG editor and not have to upload any additional files. Can anybody help me?
