downloading?

I'm downloading a huge file(4.3GB), but when I do ctrl+alt+del and go to networking it says only 0.75% of my connection i sbeing used shouldn't it be like 100%?

That's because it thinks you're just on a local network, so it's thinking out of like 100 Mbps. Look at the link speed column there under the graphs, that's what it's out of.
