Dose this Motherboard Look OK?

I was wondering if this motherboard looks good for replacing my current board and eventually putting an Q6600 and 8800GTS on it.

If not i would like suggestions. Prefer <$80 and prefer 4RAM slots

Don't put a Q6600 in that...

For $90 this is very high quality board:

I wouldn't put a Q6600 in anything lower than a P35.

One of the cheaper Gigabyte P35 boards is your best option.
