Diskeeper 10 pro premium question...

I am wondering how to set the scheduler for diskeeper. Should I set it to continuously defrag? Does this mean that it is constantly running and actually constantly defragging?
Will this hog my laptop resources?

Any other suggestions?

It will just defrag when idle I think..
