I am going to buy a Custom PC, and I am on a budget. I found 2 computers that suit my price range but I don't know which one is better. Please Help!
I want the one with better performance overall. I am going to use it to do video editing and also gaming (crysis 2, nfs the run, etc.).
Thanks!

i would go for computer 2,
inno3D IMO have a high fail rate and are high maintenance so the sapphire card is the better option.
also go with asus motherboard ive used it for multiple builds its bios is easy to use and its a reliable motherboard
whats the speed on the ram?

I'm not sure what the speed is because the website does not provide a lot of info about it. Just interested but if i had to go for computer 1, which graphic card should i pick? the ASUS ASUS GT520 or XFX HD6450 1GB DDR3? Thanks!
also I would like to ask is the sapphire card loud?

asus gt520 dont go anywhere near xfx card.
and i dont think its loud at all.
and try and get 4G(2x2g) 1600mhz DDR3 ram minimum.
