crap I just cut into my fans cable

I was taking off my cable ties and cut into the plastic that covers the the cable that gives my fan power, it's the cable where there is two ends so you can give power to another component in the case. I might have barely cut into the actual cords inside the plastic I can't really tell, this can't fry something on my comp can it? The worst I was thinking is that my fan just won't get juice, am I right, just don't want a huge problem, when I could just replace my fan

no it cant do anything to ur actual comp...even if it has cut though the cable, if theres 1 bit of the cable still in one peice the fan will work, and if you've cut all the way through, the only thing it will do is not work.
