CPU pushed to the limits??

My problem is this: After using Dr TCP tweeking tools to make my Internet faster(which worked), when I use peer to peer programs and I am downloading from four different people at the same time, my CPU usage goes threw the roof. This was never a problem before I made any changes, but when I set all my Tweek settings back to the way they where, my problem does not go away, anyone have any suggestions on whats up?

Well ,downloading 4 files at fast speeds is demanding. It's normal.

that's true, infact some download managers will devide the bandwidth into 4 to 8 files at once depending apon how many you are D/L-N (downloading). if you have small bandwidth like dial-up it will bounce from one D/L to the next.

hmmm i use tcp optimizer to tweak my internet, and there was hardly any change and anyway yes that is normal
