Does anyone know I can fix my old Processor its an AMD Athlon Xp 64 bit Socket 754. Around 4 of the pins have broken off the bottom of it .
Does anyone know where I can get this Problem fixed or how i can fix it.

Sorry, your CPU is useless, HOWEVER, at Ebay, they sell some big CPU bins for gold replacement, in this case, the pins. Try searching and with a soldering iron, desoler and resolder the pins.
