I am upgrading a system I built back in 2006. I am willing to spend $75 for the CPU and $75 for the GPU. The computer will be used for simple everyday tasks. The only gaming that will be done on it will be Counter-Strike 1.6 and the new Counter-Strike: GO once it comes out. No Photoshop or video encoding type stuff will be done on the computer. I've narrowed it down to three dual-core CPUs. One AMD and two Intels.

Athlon II X2 270 Regor 3.4GHz Socket AM3
Newegg.com - AMD Athlon II X2 270 Regor 3.4GHz Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor ADX270OCGMBOX

Intel Pentium E6600 Wolfdale 3.06GHz LGA 775
Newegg.com - Intel Pentium E6600 Wolfdale 3.06GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor BX80571E6600

Intel Pentium G620 Sandy Bridge 2.6GHz LGA 1155
Newegg.com - Intel Pentium G620 Sandy Bridge 2.6GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000 BX80623G620

And the video card I've chosen..

EVGA GeForce GT 430 (Fermi)
Newegg.com - EVGA 01G-P3-1431-KR GeForce GT 430 (Fermi) 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

What do you think? Currently the PC has a 3200+ Venice and 7600GS, so I should get a nice performance upgrade with these lower end parts.
