CPU at 100%,Too many dam services in vista, What ones do I need?

Heres 3 pictures that make up all my services from the task manager.
I can not reformat my HDD so that is out of the question.
I am pissed, cuz I belive this is the cause of why a game crashed and forze my computer before.
