hey guys I currently installed my window 7 OS on my SSD, after that I found out my HDD isn't showing up in the computer Panel, what should i do?

If it's a new drive, you will need to initialize and format it, all of which can be done with Disk Management. Just type that into the search bar and press enter, it'll come up.
If the drive is older and has some data on it, you'll need to how you got to where you are now. By that I mean, did you just reformat windows, dual-boot, add a hard drive from another machine etc.
