Computer wont start up

Hi, I'm writing this from one my other computers because my main one will not start up. I first of all turned it on and it started up fine but was sticking a bit so I turned it off again to refresh it, after I did this I began getting an error as it was starting up saying 'Invalid BOOT.INI FILE, Loading from C:/Windows' after it says this, it asks me what mode I want to start the computer in (Safe mofe, Normal etc.) and whatever mode I choose, the Windows loading screen comes up but goes blank and then the computer resets again, and it continues doing this everytime so I cannot use the computer at all. Any help with this would be great. Thank you.

Well I suppose most of it isnt really important...But I really dont want to lose anything
