computer not working help plz!!!

hi there...
i just built ma computer today and whenever i on the computer the computer beeps once and then it restarts then beeps once again and goes on could anyone help plz

my specs are:
asus striker extreme mobo
e6400 processor
corsair dominator ram
8800 gts bfg graphic card
750w thermaltake psu

From my experiance most of the time it is related to your memory. If your memory is fine you got bigger problems.
