Computer Issue

I recently upgraded my desktop to an i7 setup. After installing it, I went to play Starcraft 2/Dota 2/etc. As soon as I joined a game, my computer would freeze completely. I'd have to power it off in order to restart.

I replaced the motherboard, the graphics card, and most recently the power supply. After replacing the power supply(to 850W), it now takes me playing 4-5 games to freeze.

I ran the cpu benchmark, which finishes fine. I ran the gpu benchmark and it finishes fine. I ran them both together and it froze.

Does anyone have any idea why it would be freezing like this?

This is more than likely a software problem. If you have replaced all that and still received a problem, I can't see what would stop you.

After install the new OS on the formatted HDD, I would suggest we install the latest mobo chipset driver first, must reboot PC.
Then install the othee device driver.

Without the latest mobo chpset driver, some mobo may behave strangely.

Hope this helps!
