Depends on what you want to play. But in general, for most if not all games 2011-2012, it should be fine.

Yes an i5 would probably best for most recent released games if that's what you plan on doing..

ultimately depends on the game but its a good middle of it all PC. i5 processors are the best for gaming atm, and the Radeon 7770 should be enough to run most MMO's with pretty good graphic settings as well as being capable of high end gaming as long as you run medium to high graphic settings.
