What program would you recommend for removing all but system files on a pc....Father is getting a new PC, and wants to donate his old one, so he wants his crap all gone.......I am sure Download.com has plenty to download, just want to know which is best....

If you have the original Windows CD that came with the computer, you could just re-load just the Windows operating system on it. That would wipe everything else out.
