I am trying to install an old version of Photoshop onto my cpu, Photoshop7. I am using a Dell with Windows XP and when I try to run the program or click on the setup.exe file nothing happens. My cursor turns to an hour glass and it seems like something is about to happen but then nothing does. What do I do, how do I install it?
