Cant decide, Heatsink dilemma!!!

I cant decide between these two:

both have good reviews but the first one is less expensive!!! However i have heard the first has trouble fixing the adjustable fan control panel on!!! :http://www.thetechlounge.com/review.php?REVIEWDIR=aero_7

And i have heard that the second one is extremely noisey!!!

In addition to which one is best i am unsure whether any capacitors or transistors will get in the way on my mobo!!!!
