..computer i bought from the store which burnt up ? it would be alot cheaper than building a new one.
or do i have to build a new one ?

Holy crap, 4 years old!!! Look at that wonderful power supply, lol!! I say forget it and scrap the PC for parts. Build a new one. I wouldn't bother with a new motherboard at this point.
