Calling all help.

i downloaded a file from a site earlier, and every since this stupid "system antivirus 2008" program keeps spamming me and popping up, i have no options to delete it. How do i get rid of it?

EDIT - Nope it's not free. To do any removal of found spyware, you need to purchase Spyware Doctor.
