I was hooking up my cable internet and I was having trouble so I called comcast and they fixed the problem I was having but they told me that I needed to call a different # and have someone do my "provisioning" I dont know what provisioning is but my internet is working... Do I need to call and have some do provisioning or is it not necessary. Also I did a speed test and Its only running at 868.1 Kilobits per second but I thought It would be running much faster... does provisioning have something to do with it running slower?
