i downloaded the mobile phone tools software thing and it works fine. i updated it and that worked too..then i updates again to the most recent update. that worked fine too.

then we were under a tornado warning so i unplugged my computer. now everytime i turn off my computer it screws up and i have to reinstall from the original. can anyone help?

Um...

Sounds like you just yanked the plug out of the wall with out doing a windows shut down. If this is the case you crashed the drive. Get the maker of the drive and download the diag program and run it. If the drive is in bad enough shape you can toss it to the trash can or send it back to be repaired.
