Buying New System (Need Help)

Alright after finding out today that the sensors on my motherboard are completely fucked and cause my bios to think its running too hot and turning my PC off is making me buy a new Motherboard and CPU.

Im a Gamer (HL2 , Fable, Diablo 2)

And im looking for an AMD 64 with Heatsink and Mobo that would play the games i want to play (i have the vid card HDS and Ram)

BUT I only have 315 Canadian To Spend.

What Should i Do?

Save for a 4200+, and Asus mobo..

saving up is all well and good but if you are like me then you want something NOW for the ammount you have ($315 canadian or about $270 USD) this cpu

was suggested to me a while ago, and it seemed to get great reviews. if not, i've still had newegg.com suggested to me a lot so look around and find a cpu you like and then find a compatable mobo. gl.

is your graphics card pci-e or agp?

My Graphics Card is AGP

its the ATI X850 Pro (I Flashed the bios with the XT/pe)

And Thanks logan for showing me the processor It might be a buy if i can find a good mobo.

EDIT: Also I have a 450w ATX power Supply. Will i need a new one when i get this CPU and Mobo?
