Burning a disk image

I dl a disk image. I dl a bunch of compressed files and when I extracted them two files with the extention .bin and .cue came out. Should I add both of these files to the disk?

I am using Nero 6 to burn these files.

Nevermind I answered my own question. I used alcohol 120% and only added the .cue file.
