Not bad. But I would drop the AzenX slot cooler as the NZXT case offers more cooling than you'll know what to do with.

Another change I would suggest is with the power supply. The Apevia isn't the best quality, and you really wont need 750W for that system. Save yourself some money and look into a good, quality unit like the Antec Neo Power 500 500W or OCZ StealthXStream OCZ500SXS 500W.
