BSOD "hardware failure contact vender"

Hi everyone, ts been a while since I was on cf so I hope everyone's ok. anyways I have a major problem that I need your help so here goes..my computer has been going to a Blues screen telling me HARDWARE FAILURE CONTACT VENDER but thats it,no error messages at all so I have no idea where to start to find out what the problem is, please can you offer a blind man a shinning light.

If your handy with a PC.
Reseat your mem and hardware.
Then start changing out your hardware.

I dont think its memory otherwise I would have got a stop code but am inclined to think it might be my graphics card or C.P.U
