Broadband Cut when using YouTube or other Videos

I wonder whether anyone can help....

I am using a Dell Precision M60 laptop with BT Broadband on a wireless network.

When I try to view YouTube or any other video, for that matter, the broadband connection often cuts out.

I have spoken with BT and they confirm there are no issues from there end. The box is working fine and there are no usage issues.

On top of that I have tried other laptops, on the same network, and they work fine.

Any thoughts?

By broadband connection do you mean it cuts out for the entire network, or the laptop just loses a wireless signal? If it's the latter, it may be due to a driver issue or weak signal strength - can you do other relatively bandwidth intensive things (online gaming, downloading large files) without issues or do you get the same result?

Either way, I'd make sure you've got the latest drivers for your network card.
