Bottlenecking on this system?

I'm looking to purchase a Radeon 5850 and psu. Do you think I will experience bottlenecking of I put it in the system below? Also, do you think I will see a significant performance increase from my current card for gaming?

AMD Phenomx4 9500 2.2ghz
6gb ddr2 RAM
640 gb Hard drive
My current current video card is a 9800gt.

I dont see any problems and which card you getting

If I remember correctly, bottlenecking occurs when the CPU can't process data as fast as the mobo can deliver it.

Maybe you mean will the graphic/screen will stutter or stall, stop/start?

I'm sure there is a world of difference between a 9800 and a 5850 if used on the right machine.

I'm looking to put in a 5850. And I mean will I have trouble with the CPU holding back the 5850? And if so, how significantly?
