Bottlenecking?

How can i tell if my computer is bottlenecking?

I don't know if its just battlefield 2 that is bugged to hell, or if it's my computer.

I have 1 gig of ram, 2GHz xp2800+, and a 6600gt with a 420watt psu..

does that seem like its bottlenecking? i know my 2GHz are kind of low

your computer isnt bad if i had to guess i would say the cpu is the bottleneck i would suggest upgrading to a amd 64 cpu what speed is the ram?

not sure what you mean, speed of the ram, i have the pc3200, 2 512 sticks corsair, everest says

and what do you mean my computer isn't bad but my cpu is the bottleneck? confused lol

You have a good graphics card and memory, the only thing slowing it down would probably be your processor.

Poo... i'm not replacing my mobo to get a new processor when i just bought an AGP gfx card..... oh well, guess i'll have to live with it for awhile.
