Bluetoothb Question

OK I was wondering, Would a hooking up a USB 2.0 bluetooth modem (transfers up to 3.o MBPS) to my PC that is hooked up to DSL, allow my tungsten E2 (which is Bluetooth Enabled) to connect to the internet? and receive files?
