bit torrent question

i have the bittorrent application and went to the piratebay.com and i am trying to download a file, it has 56 seeders and it will not download,i have opedn up ports on my router, why wont it work?

U got that 56 seeders from the site? Well if so it doesn't give u the right number, most likely it updates like every hour or so, and during that time ppl do disconnect from the download and new ppl do connect. Also how about the tracker, is it working?

It's better using Azureus so it would actually update the tracker faster
