best psp custom firmware?

whats the best firmware out there? i need it to be ale to set custome themes, us e the IR remote, the OC utilitie , the torrent, and run the psp as a second monitor an some roms if possible if this thread is bad please just pm me and ill edit it so it will be ok.

hmmm are you gonna play any games at all? if so which ones? if they're older games then i would go if 3.40OE-A. i know its old but its the best firmware DA made.

only games i know of are the start wars game i got with it and some homebrew games ...
