i mean im not stupid i know theres is alot of illegal stuff on there but i thought there was a small clause that kept the website from being illegal something like. 'all files on the website are hosted by useres and therefore the domain itself cannot take responsibilty for the content' ???

thats the same way LimeWire Morpheus and most other torrent sites stay legal

Actually Nero is almost free.
Buy a CD/DVD drive that burns (costs like 10 quid) and you get Nero basically free with a lot of them...
