The 2600 XT is very close to that of the GeForce 8600 GT, but the 2600 XT has a performance edge when antialiasing is disabled.The GeForce has the edge when antialiasing is turned on, it's not much of a real-world advantage, since neither card can effectively use 4x AA beyond 1024x768.
(I personally would go with the 8600 GT, it comes with a free game, and has a $20 MIR, so it comes to $70) *not to mention is is dead silent with its passive cooling, and overclocked from the factory....
That's a very nice find. Definitely the best buy so far. I'm dissapointed there isn't a HD 3850 available for a bit more than $100 though, that would blow them all away.
