Best 27" monitor

I have a $200-300 budget for best overall monitor with amazing clarity and resolution- any thoughts? I already have a 27" Samsung tv which is great and wanted to extend display or switch main monitors

I would personally look at another Samsung or Sharp as both provide great resolution.
