Belkin Router

I have a Belkin wireless G router. Whenever I try to watch youtube videos or hold conversations on AIM, the router keeps resetting, and It stops videos at random points, or keeps signing me on and off of the instant messenger. I suspect it does this all the time, but its only noticeable when doing the aforementioned things. I was wondering how I cant stop this, I dont know if its the connection just isnt strong enough or what... Im not the most computer savvy, but I hope you guys understand what I mean. If any other info is needed just ask.
