Backing up emails in outlook

I want to format my pc again but do not want to lose all my deleted eamils and email settings stored in out look. Anyone know how to save them or back up them so that when i reinstall office i can up load or w/e my old emails and setting back into out look?

Anyone with an idea or sugesttion would really be helping out a lot

This is a helpful little add on to the Outlook 2003 for backing up inboxes, etc.
