I can't tell you. I've never used NOD32. I've heard great things about it. I'd assume it's better because you're paying for it. So I'm going to say NOD32. I use AVG. Avast is about equal to AVG.

edit: I think I may have voted AVG. I seem to be voting wrong recently. I don't know why. Every time I vote for what I use rather than what is better.
