Avast Says Suspicous Mail Whenever I Boot?

Whenever I boot my comp Avast Says caution suspicious mail, and it opens about 10 different windows telling me this. I ran an Avast Scan but nothing came up. Anybody know how I can get rid of this "suspicious Mail". I dont even really understand what it means cause I always delete all my mail, sorry if this all sounds very noobish, but I really have no idea whats goin on with it.
