ATI Video Card Temp?

Hello is there anyway i can check the Temp of my ATI 9800 pro from windows? Or within the BIOS maybe? I just need a way that i can keep track of my vid card temp, because i have heard that the 9800 pro from ATi does get hot at times. Thanks again

I think Ati released a Tray tool to check the temperature...I think...
