ATi making Southbridge, Nvidia finally OWN?

Did you guys hear about this? Nvidia finally can name name the ULi chipsets and make it their own. ATi creates new Southbridge?

You didn't know that nVIDIA bought out ULi? That's old news.

I had no idea that even occured until now. The deals done. Nvidia beat out ATi for ownership. That should be interesting where that takes us.

Yup...ULi is the first and only company to create a chipset that combines PCI-E and AGP with everything working. I have that chipset, so i know.
