ATI Driver update

I tried installing my GPU drivers from 6.14 (in the diagnostic tool it says) to 7.3 http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html

After I did, restarted, opened up the diagnostic tool, it still says version 6.14... did it not install properly or doesn't that matter?

Try completely shutting your computer down for a few seconds and then look. Maybe it just needs to register.
